PhD Defense I successfully defended my PhD, titled "Gender Disparities in Academic Careers: Productivity, Collaboration Networks, and Research Agendas," under the supervision of Pr. Pascale Roux and Pr. Nicolas Carayol at BSE. I would like to thank my jury members, Pr. Hanna Hottenrott, Pr. Reinhilde Veugelers, Pr. José De Sousa, and Pr. Emeric Henry, for the time and care they gave to engaging with my work. Their feedback greatly improved this dissertation and the defense itself.

New Position I'm delighted to announce that I've secured a 1-year postdoctoral research contract at the Bordeaux School of Economics, where I'll be working on an interdisciplinary project on research integrity in biomedical research, part of the ANR RestoRES project, led by Dr. Florian Naudet. The project brings together a multidisciplinary team — economists, physicians, methodologists, biostatisticians, and data engineers — spanning France, Canada, and Ireland, across several workpackages.

Within this project, I'll be working closely with my workpackage leader, Pr. Nicolas Carayol, on conflict-of-interest disclosure in biomedical publications, while also engaging regularly with the broader project team. Our aim is threefold: to map the current state of disclosure practices, identify what determines whether ties are disclosed, and assess the possible impact of conflict-of-interest ties on researchers' scientific output.
